Learning and Leadership Master's Program at Chalmers

The training gives you practical experience in leadership and makes you sought after in the job market both in school, university and industry. The internship courses in upper secondary school mean that you will act as a leader for a group of young adults that you will guide. You will also practice getting into the habit of teaching and presenting to other people. This will give you confidence in situations where you are standing in front of a high school class, a project group or perhaps the company's management team.

During the training, you will also work a lot on giving and receiving feedback related to your leadership and teaching. Together with some other elements such as group dynamics and interpersonal interaction, you will gain unique skills, both as an engineer and as a teacher.

Teaching

in the program is conducted both on campus, in upper secondary schools and in companies. The courses on campus are characterized by group work, seminars and essays, which lay a theoretical foundation for your role as a teacher and leader. In the internship courses, you will have the opportunity to use your knowledge in both teaching and leadership, in both schools and companies.
