This initial teacher education degree provides the skills, knowledge and practical learning experiences needed to teach young children (aged from birth to eight years) in early education settings. - Essential WACE subjects (prerequisites): English ATAR, Literature ATAR or English as an Additional Language/Dialect ATAR.

Other requirements for this course
- Applicants will be required to pass a literacy and numeracy competency test in the first year of the degree. These tests comprise of spelling, essay writing and knowledge of mathematics content appropriate to early childhood teachers.
