Master Educational Program in Management

The program is focused on preparing highly qualified specialists in business administration by equipping them with the latest competencies required by labor market to be able to work in local and/or international companies at different levels of management, perform managerial functions efficiently and effectively, as well as actively participate in the formation of a knowledge-based economy and contribute to innovative entrepreneurial activities and successful business administration.

The graduates of the program will be able:

•             To acquire in-depth and systematic knowledge on the latest achievements in the field of management, the economic environment of modern business organizations and management of organizational processes, complex issues related to digital business administration.

•             To strengthen the skills of applying the theoretical knowledge acquired in a certain learning course in practice, assessing the opportunities and risks of the organization/business development, practical or scientific research and creative solution of complex problems specific to the field of management; to enhance practical skills necessary for being employed at managerial positions in private/public organizations and for carrying out organizational-managerial, administrative-economic, information-analytical activities, or for carrying out independent entrepreneurial activity.

•             Based on the education received in the field of management, to facilitate rapid business adaptation to a complex environment; develop the right attitude towards business based on social responsibility or ethical values.

The program prepares professionals who can be employed in a commercial organization of various organizational-legal forms in any sector: enterprises, entrepreneurial and consulting companies, international organizations, transnational corporations, their branches, as well as in public structures (in central and local self-government bodies).
