The program is focused on preparing highly qualified
specialists in business administration by equipping them with the latest competencies
required by labor market to be able to work in local and/or international
companies at different levels of management, perform managerial functions
efficiently and effectively, as well as actively participate in the formation
of a knowledge-based economy and contribute to innovative entrepreneurial
activities and successful business administration.
The graduates of the program will be able:
• To
acquire in-depth and systematic knowledge on the latest achievements in the
field of management, the economic environment of modern business organizations
and management of organizational processes, complex issues related to digital
business administration.
• To
strengthen the skills of applying the theoretical knowledge acquired in a
certain learning course in practice, assessing the opportunities and risks of
the organization/business development, practical or scientific research and
creative solution of complex problems specific to the field of management; to
enhance practical skills necessary for being employed at managerial positions
in private/public organizations and for carrying out organizational-managerial,
administrative-economic, information-analytical activities, or for carrying out
independent entrepreneurial activity.
• Based on
the education received in the field of management, to facilitate rapid business
adaptation to a complex environment; develop the right attitude towards
business based on social responsibility or ethical values.
The program prepares professionals who can be employed in a
commercial organization of various organizational-legal forms in any sector:
enterprises, entrepreneurial and consulting companies, international
organizations, transnational corporations, their branches, as well as in public
structures (in central and local self-government bodies).

Admission Requirements
The eligibility criteria for the admission to the program are
defined as follows: a) a person with a bachelor’s degree or an academic degree
equal to it, who is enrolled on the basis of the results of the Common Master’s Exam ; b) on
the basis of internal/external mobility; or c) without passing the Common Master’s Exam in
accordance with the rules established by the legislation of Georgia.
Additional requirements for admission to the European University master's
degree program are: a) University Internal Exam in Specialty; and b) a proficiency
exam in English at B2 level (“The Rule on determining student's language
proficiency of European University”).
The topics of the university internal exam and the criteria for
assessing the knowledge of the applicants will be posted on the University
website (www.eu.edu.ge) at least three months in advance before the exam date. Applicants
can prove English language proficiency by submitting a document certifying relevant
level of English.
The right to enroll in the program without passing the Unified
National Exams: a) persons who are authorized to be enrolled at the University
without passing the Unified National Exams based on the Order №224/N of the
Minister of Education and Science of Georgia (December 29, 2011) “On the
Approval of the Procedure for Submission and Review of Documents by
Entrants/Master’s Degree Candidates/Students who have the Right to Study
Without Passing the Unified National Exams/Common Master’s Exams in a Higher
Education Institution”. Applicants are required to prove their Georgian
language proficiency at B2 level in accordance with the rule of determining
student's language competence of the European University. The following persons
can also be enrolled in the program: students enrolled in accordance with the
mobility rules based on the order of the Minister of Education and Science of
Georgia №10/N (February 4, 2010) - “Rules for Transfer from the Higher
Education Institution to Other Higher Education Institution and Approval of
Fees”.
