Consumer Psychology , with the support of other human sciences, offers valuable information regarding how and why consumers buy, what psychological factors explain the differences between individuals and groups when buying, how they decide, what processes are involved, branding and loyalty, as well as the impact of social and cultural factors on purchasing and consumption patterns. This knowledge allows to support strategic marketing plans and minimize the risk of acting under uncertainty. The Konrad Lorenz Specialization in Consumer Psychology aims to train professionals with:

  • The highest level of investigative specialization, capable of leading the strategic and commercial formulation of the company based on the particular and precise characteristics of consumers.
  • The opportunity to know and use the models and principles of Consumer Psychology, in favor of the strategic objectives of their companies.
