The Psychology program is based on an empirical-analytical approach focused on the description, explanation, prediction and intervention on the psychological processes of the human being. The curricular organization of the program has two main components:
The first provides the fundamental knowledge of the profession, delving into theories, methods and procedures that derive from the broad areas of psychology and its main interdisciplinary fields.
The second offers professional training aimed at training in the application of the concepts acquired, the analysis and evaluation of human behavior and the development of personal skills.
We train professionals with a high critical sense, ethical values and a comprehensive knowledge of the social, cultural and environmental reality in which man finds himself; able to identify and contribute to the solution of problems in the field of behavioral sciences.
