The Global Master in Real Estate Development (GMRED) at IE School of Architecture and Design is a 15-month, part-time blended program designed for professionals who want to continue working while advancing their real estate expertise. What we mean by blended? That our students in this format will study with a flexible online learning combined with short, intensive face-to-face periods called immersive weeks.

Students have their immersive week trips to: Madrid (at the beggining and at the end of the program), Mexico and New York (this last one is optional), which usually has a 1-2 weeks duration each of them. These experiences provide firsthand exposure to diverse real estate markets: Madrid as a consolidated European economy, Mexico City as a major emerging metropolis, and New York City as one of the most innovative and advanced markets. Participants explore leading projects and connect with key industry figures through visits and meetings.

By combining online study with global on-site learning, the Global Master in Real Estate Development allows professionals to gain practical knowledge, international perspectives, and a strong network while maintaining their careers.

The program is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), ensuring it meets the highest global standards in real estate.
