This programme develops students’ project management skills through practical assessments and activities, preparing graduates to become lifelong learners and future leaders in construction project management and related sectors. With a strong focus on on-site project management across manufacturing, construction, operations, and consultancy, the programme offers hands-on, real-world experience. Open to students from engineering, IT, and technology-related backgrounds, the programme uses model-driven and project-based learning to equip graduates to make informed construction project management decisions that benefit their organisations.

Through real-world projects, selected online readings, discussions, activities and assignments, we bring industry practices into the classroom. Students remain closely connected to real-world applications and stay informed about current and emerging project management issues, trends and challenges.

Upon completion, graduates will be able to address project management objectives by effectively identifying and utilising organisational resources while integrating project management processes with the knowledge and skills gained throughout the programme.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6 Malaysian Qualifications Framework, MQF) in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.50; OR
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Level 6 MQF) with a CGPA of above 2.00 but less than 2.50 may be admitted, subject to relevant working experience.
  • Candidates without a qualification in the related fields or working experience in the relevant fields must undergo appropriate prerequisite courses determined by the university and meet the minimum CGPA based on (i) to (ii).
