Admission Requirements
Foundation Pass in Foundation studies or equivalent with a minimum CGPA 2.0 and credit in below subject(s) in SPM: (a) Additional Mathematics; or (b) Mathematics and any one of the Science, Technology or Engineering subjects.
STPM Pass STPM in science stream or equivalent with minimum Grade C (GPA 2.00) in 1 Mathematics and 1 Science or ICT subject; OR passed STPM with a minimum of Grade C (GPA 2.00) in any 2 subjects and credit in below subject(s) in SPM: (a) Additional Mathematics; or (b) Mathematics and any one of the Science, Technology or Engineering subjects.
Diploma (i) A Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent with a minimum CGPA of 2.5 and a credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent. Note: Candidates with a CGPA below 2.5 but above 2.0 with a credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM level may be admitted subject to an internal rigorous assessment process.
(ii) Any other Diploma in Science and Technology with a minimum CGPA of 2.75 with a credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent may be admitted subject to an internal rigorous assessment process.
Note for (i) and (ii): (a) Candidates without a credit in Additional Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent may be admitted if the Diploma programme contains Mathematics subjects that are equivalent to Additional Mathematics at SPM level. (b) Candidate with a credit in computing related subjects at SPM or STPM level or its equivalent may be given preferential consideration.
A-Level A minimum of 2 Grade D and credit in below subject(s) in SPM or equivalent: (a) Additional Mathematics or (b) Mathematics and 1 of the Science, Technology or Engineering subject.
