Introduction

The LUM University School of Management and PRAXI promote the Executive Part-Time Master’s in Business Coaching, an advanced university-level coaching program certified by CEPAS, a competence certification body.

The LUM School of Management and PRAXI have developed an innovative and flexible coaching method based on specific skills, tools, and models to train Coaches capable of unlocking and enhancing the full potential of individuals.

The aim is to provide participants with a journey of personal and professional rediscovery, as well as to equip them with a robust set of skills to better manage themselves, their teams, and relationships with others, while shaping the future of business.

The Executive Master EMBCO is challenging and demands strong motivation, enthusiasm, and energy from participants, as it entails a rigorous course that requires active participation in the classroom, as well as a decisive contribution to group projects and extracurricular activities.

The Executive Master offers an opportunity to test oneself by enhancing self-awareness in a stimulating, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
