Students are provided additional exposure to the fields of research in the department, including materials and polymer processing, biotechnologies, membrane technologies, pharmaceutical engineering and materials for energy. Graduates will be prepared for leadership roles as chemical engineers or engineering managers supervising both existing and emerging processes in industry. They will also be well equipped for advancing their career in research and development.
