NJIT's innovative MS in Professional and Technical Communication is an outcomes-focused program that combines education in communication theory with the field of information technology and elements of visual design to prepare students for a range of professions in the technology-dependent economy of the 21st century. Students in the Professional and Technical Communications Master's Degree Program will learn a wide range of leadership and management skills, including: Advanced professional and technical communication, identity, technology and communication, communication theory and research, elements of visual design, and advanced information design. Students will gain familiarity and technical proficiency with many different media tools and services, and be to approach communication issues with new problem-solving skills.
