Across three modules, you will:
- explore leading people and organisations
- develop your leadership mindset
- learn to lead in the future of work
- apply theory directly to your own leadership practice
You’ll learn through a flexible blend of online and in-person learning. This includes:
- interactive lectures, workshops, and expert-led sessions
- online content
- discussion and collaboration with peers in live and virtual settings
- work-based learning, applying theory directly to your organisation
- action learning sets to support reflection and problem-solving
- group projects and experiential activities based on real challenges
You’ll also benefit from industry input and diverse perspectives.
Please note: This is a new programme for 2026 entry. The School reserves the right not to run the programme if minimum student numbers are not met, as an appropriate cohort size is required to support a positive learning experience. Enquirers and applicants will be notified of any changes.
