Queen Mary University of London in collaboration with University College London, Public Health England, and Great Ormond Street HospitalThis is a flexible MSc course designed to provide healthcare professionals with a multi-disciplinary perspective on genomics and its application in medicine. You will be trained in state-of-the-art genomic platforms and informatics tools and how to apply them in the analysis and interpretation of whole genome sequence data from patients. The course is taught by a team of experts of international calibre in a stimulating research environment next to the Headquarters of Genomics England. Students will gain access to a flexible online e-learning platform (QMPlus, Eco360) which allows them to discuss and exchange ideas, share knowledge as well as access all lecture sessions in their own time.
