This programme introduces students to the critical role played by compliance and regulation in Global Markets. The programme will provide an outline of the fundamentals of regulatory framework as well as a more focused approach to compliance in various markets. The programme also provides a comprehensive inspection of the Compliance issues emanating in practice in global markets. The programme consists of four core modules, which cover the problems facing regulation, conducting business ethically and lawfully, compliance systems and compliance in global markets.You will select a range of elective ‘specialist’ modules and write an original research dissertation. The dissertation includes two elements: a specialist case study and a 5,000 word essay. If you want to follow one of the specialised pathways, your elective modules and dissertation must be relevant to your specialism.
