Undergraduate university degree in nursing with a minimum overall average equivalent to a B; two academic letters of reference; undergraduate courses in research methodology and statistics; active registration as RN with College of Nurses of Ontario; Curriculum vitae (resume). // Additional Requirements: Equivalent of two years of relevant full-time practice as a Registered Nurse within the past five years (minimum of 3640 hours); one clinical reference; Nurse Practitioner Personal Essay form. // International applicants cannot apply to this program unless they have active registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario and are a resident in Ontario. // For further information on admission requirements please check with the University for entry.
