Admission Requirements
The Department of Legal Studies of the Global Environment seeks to foster the ability to serve efforts to deal with the environmental issues challenging Japan and the world mainly from legal and political perspectives; and hence, we welcome students with the qualities described below: Students highly interested in humans and society in the context of environmental issues; Students with a wide interest in foreign affairs and international trends and a certain level of proficiency in a foreign language, as well as the competence to address globalizing environmental issues; and Students with a wide interest in the social sciences in general.
