Universitas Mikroskil

Universitas Mikroskil is a private university that has been established since 1997 and is located in Medan, the capital of North Sumatra province, which is one of the largest cities in Indonesia. Universitas Mikroskil has been accredited by the national accreditation body for higher education in Indonesia. The university consists of three main buildings with adequate facilities to support student learning. Additionally, there is one library that provides a good and enjoyable reading experience.

Hybrid learning is employed at Universitas Mikroskil, allowing flexibility for both lecturers and students in conducting the teaching and learning process without compromising its quality. Course materials are delivered in both Indonesian and English languages. With the motto “Leading in Informatics,” Universitas Mikroskil leverages the development of Information Technology in every aspect of teaching, research, and community service.

The programs offered at Universitas Mikroskil include five undergraduate programs: Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management, and Accounting, as well as one Master’s program in Information Technology. Each program is developed with a curriculum that enables every student to acquire skills that can be used to face the current global developments. Additionally, all undergraduate programs at Universitas Mikroskil have implemented the MBKM program, which helps students sharpen their knowledge, abilities, and talents by directly engaging with the business and industry world. Some of the courses offered are nationally and even internationally certified.

Campus life at Universitas Mikroskil is enriched by various student organizations engaged in academics, social activities, arts, culture, sports, and even e-sports. The university also provides several scholarships for high-achieving students and those in need.
