Students build upon their existing management and leadership experience and skills; the course covers a core business framework involving the management of people, finance, information, operations and markets; students focus on the major functional areas of business, incorporating an element of choice and flexibility, moving on to examine organisational strategy and current issues; students design an applied research project which leads to the completion of their dissertation. The course is accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). On successful completion of the MBA, students will also be eligible for a CMI level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership.
