Big data plays an important role in an organisation by providing important insights into the organisation’s business activities. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of business concepts and models with specialist knowledge of data management. Students will also study business organisation, management, leadership and enterprise combined with specialist modules specific to the management of data. Modules are taught by lectures, seminars, practical workshops, work-based activities and group work. The programme is assessed via a variety of methods including assignments, examinations, group work, presentations and live practical projects.
