When studying under the EP "Design of Heat and Power Systems", students receive the necessary knowledge and skills to work in design and research institutes, energy supervision and energy sales services, in energy divisions of enterprises of any form of ownership. Graduates can perform technical and design calculations for heat and power plants of industrial enterprises, centralized and autonomous sources of energy production (industrial CHP, mini-CHP, boiler houses, compressor and refrigeration stations, etc.). The scope of future activities of graduates also includes the design and reconstruction of heating points and networks, fuel, cooling and air supply systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, as well as facilities using energy-saving technologies and equipment.
