The program is aimed at preparing bachelors for the following professional activities:• research activities (implementation of a sequence of actions aimed at obtaining new knowledge about the objects of professional activity);• production and applied activities (assessment of the effectiveness and consequences of social and economic policy, social expertise; educational, informational and consulting work in government and administrative bodies, educational institutions, culture, health care, as well as in the field of social communications and other areas of professional activity);• project activities (diagnostics of social problems of the labor collective, the system of "motivation-incentives" and conflicts in the labor sphere at enterprises of the energy industry, social attractiveness and responsibility of business in modern conditions; planning and assessment of current indicators characterizing the objects of professional activity; analysis of the ratio of current and target indicators and the development of measures to optimize it, taking into account the available resources, the creation of an information base for monitoring project activities);• organizational and managerial (in all areas of professional activity).
