Ideal candidates for the online graduate programs in engineering offered by the University of Arizona’s Department of Mining and Geological Engineering will meet the following admissions standards: Minimum 3.0 GPA in previous academic coursework AND Graduated from an accredited bachelor’s program. Note: Students who have not previously completed coursework in Calculus, Statistics, and Strengths and Materials may be required to complete prerequisite work. These courses will be part of the student’s study plan and are available online through the Mining Department. Please contact an Admissions Counselor for details. Required GRE Subject tests: Verbal (153),  Quantitative (155), Analytical (4.0).
