Develop specialist knowledge of the vital early years of children’s lives, from birth to eight years old.

You will study a range of courses covering curriculum studies, te ao Māori and diversity, education and society, human development, and educational psychology. 

There will be practical placements in educational and early childhood settings throughout the programme. These will allow you to explore areas of interest and prepare you for careers in early childhood-based services. You will build a solid foundation for work in educational settings and in policy and leadership roles in New Zealand and overseas.
