The Business School’s Bachelor of Property is a specialist degree that equips you with the skills, mentors and experience for a range of careers in the property sector.

You will gain skills and knowledge in marketing, management, valuation, finance and investment, development and building surveying.

The programme has strong links to the property industry, and you will develop professional connections right from the start. Through the BProp’s successful buddy programme, you will receive mentorship from a senior property professional and have industry networking opportunities throughout the programme.

You can also study the BProp as part of a conjoint degree, which means you can take two undergraduate programmes at the same time. You can do a conjoint with:  Advanced Science (Honours), Commerce, Design, Engineering (Honours), Global Studies, Law (including Honours), and Science.
