The UQ Business School at the University of Queensland has a strong master’s program in commerce, of which have three subsections that students can specialize in – applied finance, professional accounting, or information systems. The school has been ranked in the 2018 edition of the QS Business Master’s Ranking.

The master’s of commerce is available in different formats depending on your undergraduate experience. There is a yearlong master’s for those that have a business undergraduate degree in the same discipline. There is also a program that is two years in length that teaches the fundamentals of general management, for those that have an undergraduate degree in a different discipline. Domestic students also have the opportunity for part-time study. For finance students in the commerce program, modules include financial statement analysis, corporate finance, and financial institution and markets.
