The BSc (Hons) Strength and Conditioning degree is designed, written and delivered by internationally renowned industry professionals. Strength and conditioning coaches require a mix of scientific knowledge, practical expertise and coaching experience. Students may undertake extensive practical experience and is endorsed by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) via its ERP programme. Apart from that, students will learn practical strength and conditioning skills in our state-of-the-art-facility at USW Sport Park, using the same tools and equipment used to train and assess professional athletes.
