One of the following from a regionally accredited college or university in the United States (or its equivalent from an international institution): Bachelor's degree in engineering OR Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related subject, plus work experience in an energy-related field OR Bachelor's degree in architecture, plus a minimum of three years of relevant work experience. Because the program is largely focused on balance-of-plant topics, a background in civil engineering is preferred but not required.
