The aim of the study programme is to educate business studies masters capable of creating and implementing business processes, adapting to a dynamic business environment, creatively utilizing business process analysis tools, capable of preparing and consistently implementing strategically grounded decisions, perceiving business as a cohesive whole and not limiting themselves to solving individual fragmented tasks. For quality management specialists, this program provides an opportunity to deepen their knowledge by studying topics such as universal quality, quality management systems, and quality diagnostics.
The study programme is conducted remotely on weekday evenings from 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM (Lithuanian time) via the MS Teams platform. However, the defense of the Master's thesis will take place on campus, meaning all students must be physically present in Lithuania on the day of their thesis defense.
Each semester, students study 3 to 5 different subjects. The programme is structured in modules, where 1 to 2 subjects are studied simultaneously, and new subjects begin once the previous ones are completed. The Master's thesis is defended in two stages, during the second and third semesters.

Admission Requirements
- 20 ECTS credits in the management and optional course units in the fields of economics and business and management earned in bachelor studies or at least one year of professional experience gained in the field and a free-form statement indicating the length of employment and the job position issued by the employer supporting it provided.
