Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification from a recognized university with the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by VTU or the competent admission authority. Admission may be based on Karnataka PGCET, GATE (where applicable), or other admission procedures notified by the university and the Government of Karnataka.
