The essential modules taught in the first year deal with  the Transformations of Phases, Thermal and Diffusion Processes, Mechanics and Thermodynamics of Media Continuous, Digital Analysis and Programming, Radiocrystallography, Initiation to theTechnology of Fitness Processes and Applied Mathematics. In Semester 2, Rheology and mechanical behaviour of materials, Physics of plastic deformation, Steel casting, Non-Destructive Testing Methods, Modelling and Simulation, and Equipments of workshops. In semester 3, the subjects taught are the various processes of casting, shaping, powder metallurgy. Finally the semester 4 is devoted to the end-term project
