Taking into account the rich flora, the degree of pollution and the extent of the study area (North East Algeria) and the missions of the various research teams of the laboratory spread over time and space, affecting both the plant aspect, soil, water and air, the creation of the Master Research training is necessary in order to overcome the lack of high-level specialists in this field. Indeed, the study of the ecosystems and especially those protected by the El Kala National Park is one of the main objectives of the mission of our research laboratory. The broad coverage of the topics dealt with shows our concern once again to reduce the acute problems of the moment, sources of nuisance and destabilization of ecosystems, to equations to be put into practice to study both the causes, their severity, their impact and finally come up with concrete proposals for implementation for sustainable development and also a significant scientific advance. Multidisciplinarity, team cohesion and complementarity in the research tasks pursued are the driving force behind the human component of our laboratory. Thus, the master’s degree offered with its two specialties aims to train students in the concepts, methods and practices of basic and applied research in the field of plant biology and environment. Multidisciplinary training and diversity of programs will allow learners to better identify problems, study them and propose appropriate solutions
