The course will provide you with an insightful awareness of how theory from a range of areas can both inform and be informed by practice in order to develop your critical and innovative problem-solving abilities. You’ll be able to apply your knowledge of the complex and dynamic nature of coaching and combine it with that gleaned from other disciplines such as physiology, biomechanics, psychology, ethics, cultural studies, performance analysis and adapted physical activity.
