The College of Arabic Language was established in Riyadh during the reign of His Majesty King Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God have mercy on him - in 1374 AH. The aim of its establishment was to graduate specialists in the language and literature of the Noble Qur’an, to take care of its ancient heritage, and to fill the need of schools and institutes for teachers in this field. To enrich the literary movement in the country, and to serve the community in various fields that need this specialization.
