In the Human Resources Management Master, you will learn how to prepare employees for the new requirements in the workplace and how to use modern HR technologies to shape digital change in the company.
In addition to specialist knowledge, you will learn creativity and leadership techniques in the human resources management degree and can put your knowledge to the test in a real consulting project. The practical phase gives you enough leeway to gain work experience and make contacts in business.
Tuition fees per semester (EU / Non-EU):
- €6,480 in Hamburg and Cologne. (payable for three semesters). Also possible as a monthly payment.
Master thesis fee (EU / Non-EU):
- €1,200 on all campuses (due in fouth semester)
- for EU students 600 €
- €1,500 for non-EU students.

Admission Requirements
Prerequisites for admission to this course:
- a successfully completed bachelor's degree comprising at least 180 ECTS points (for the Fast Trackoption 210 ECTS points) or
- an equivalent course of study at a university or technical college or a foreign university of the same rank and
- the application documents as well
- successful participation in the ISM entrance test (consists of a Mathematics and an English test, as well as an interview).
