In the M.Sc. Business Intelligence & Data Science you combine two exciting disciplines : business administration and IT. With comprehensive knowledge of methods for intelligent data queries and evaluation as well as for management consulting and analysis, you meet the requirements of a big data specialist.
In addition, you will spend the 3rd semester abroad at one of our 190 partner universities. Your studies end with a practice-oriented master's thesis in the 4th semester. See the Information Brochure for more information.
The Fast Track Option is enabling you to graduate in only 3 semesters: With the option "Fast Track" the semester abroad is omitted and you shorten your internship period. This allows you to complete your master's degree in only 3 semesters with 90 ECTS. Prerequisite: you bring 210 ECTS from your Bachelor (an alternative admission to Fast Track is possible via demonstrated work experience or by taking the ISM Pre-Master ).
Tuition fees per semester (EU / Non-EU):
- €5,700 in campuses Dortmund, Munich, Hamburg, Stuttgart. Also possible as a monthly payment.
Enrollment Fees:
- for EU students €600
- for non-EU students €1,500.

Admission Requirements
Prerequisites for admission to this course:
- a successfully completed bachelor's degree comprising at least 180 ECTS points (for the Fast Track option 210 ECTS points) or
- an equivalent course of study at a university or technical college or a foreign university of the same rank and
- the application documents as well as
- successful participation in the ISM admission test
