In four semesters, including a semester abroad and a master's thesis, the master's degree in organizational psychology prepares you intensively for the requirements and tasks of human resources management. In the areas of work and health psychology, personnel and organizational development or diagnostics, you will learn specific specialist knowledge of business psychology in order to apply this directly in the research colloquium and practical project. You will deepen your knowledge of research methods intensively, so that you are not only well prepared for practical tasks, but can also go into research. In the integrated semester abroad, you can apply your organizational psychological expertise in an international context. A practice-oriented master's thesis completes the study concept.

ISM has a range of postgraduate business study options, including business masters, MBA, and PhD/DBA programs.
The Master`s programs last two years including an internship and a semester abroad. One of the highlights is the possibility to do a double degree with one of the highly respected partner universities.
ISM also offers business study options for bachelor graduates who have no background in business like the Master International Business or the MBA programs (full-time or part-time) for students with work experience.
