In four semesters, including a semester abroad and a master's thesis, the master's degree in organizational psychology prepares you intensively for the requirements and tasks of human resources management. In the areas of work and health psychology, personnel and organizational development or diagnostics, you will learn specific specialist knowledge of business psychology in order to apply this directly in the research colloquium and practical project. You will deepen your knowledge of research methods intensively, so that you are not only well prepared for practical tasks, but can also go into research. In the integrated semester abroad, you can apply your organizational psychological expertise in an international context. A practice-oriented master's thesis completes the study concept.

Tuition fees per semester:

  • €6,480 in Dortmund and Frankfurt/Main(payable in the first three semesters). Also possible as a monthly payment.

Master thesis fee (EU / Non-EU):

  • €1,200 on all campuses (payable in the fouth semester)

Enrollment Fees:

  • €600 for EU students
  • €1,500 for non-EU students.
