Systems Program Goals:

  • Preparing scientific and professional competencies specialized in the discipline of systems, and qualifying them highly scientifically in the field of Saudi systems and comparative systems.
  • Qualifying forensic specialists by studying legal sciences to engage in legal work efficiently.
  • Meeting the needs of specialized scientific departments for qualified people in systems specialization.
  • Qualifying specialists in preparing regulations related to regulations for the benefit of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in a way that serves Islam and Muslims and does not contradict Islamic law.
  • Meeting the labor market need for qualified specialists in systems and able to participate in the Saudi judicial system, including general and administrative judiciary, public prosecution, quasi-judicial committees, arbitration, mediation, attorneys, and legal advice.
  • Increasing scientific and research partnerships to serve the local and global community.
  • Preparing specialists capable of preparing specialized scientific research in systems.
  • Developing the competence of comparison between legislation and systems and nurturing students to the extent that enables them to deal with any system and evaluate it in accordance with Sharia.

Systems Program Requirements:

  • The applicant for the (Master of Laws) program must have a Bachelor's degree in Sharia, law, or equivalent
  • The applicant for the (Master of Professional Systems) program must have a bachelor's degree with the exception of law, regulations and rights or its equivalent, or a high diploma in any discipline except for law, regulations and rights or its equivalent.
  • The applicant for the (Master of Public/Private Law) program must have a Bachelor’s degree in law or its equivalent, or have a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia that includes (30) specialized hours in law or its equivalent, or a high diploma in law or its equivalent
