Develop Sharia Program Goals:

  • Rehabilitation of a group of Muslim children from scholarship students in particular - who represent 85% of the students in the program - and students of the program in general in legal and research terms.
  • Preparing scientific competencies specialized in the sciences of Sharia (comparative jurisprudence, the principles of jurisprudence and the purposes of Sharia, and law) scientifically and by research.
  • Establishing the approach of moderation, moderation, and acceptance of the other through the jurisprudence of disagreement and the comparative study of jurisprudential issues.
  • Meet the needs of the local and global community in the field of specialization.

Develop Sharia Program Requirements:

  • The student should be of good conduct.
  • To undertake to abide by the rules and regulations of the university.
  • To be medically fit.
  • To pass any test or personal interview conducted by the relevant authority.
  • To have obtained a general secondary certificate or its equivalent from inside or outside the Kingdom
  • His high school diploma must be issued by a government school or an equivalent school at the university.
  • No more than five years have elapsed since obtaining the general secondary certificate.
  • To fulfill any other conditions determined by the University Council and announced at the time of submission.
