The four-year undergraduate curriculum provides basic knowledge in sciences, mathematics, and engineering in the first two years. During the third year, the student is introduced to different fields in civil engineering with the emphasis on applications and design. After the completion of his third year, the student undertakes an 8-week summer training program in industry. Appropriate electives are also offered to further enhance the student’s knowledge in one or more of the areas of civil engineering. In addition, courses in humanities, social sciences and economics are integrated into the program to broaden the student’s knowledge.

Admission Requirements
- The applicant must be a high school graduate (General, Computer Science and Engineering, Health and Life) or international school graduate (Natural Sciences) in the current year or the previous year.
- The student must submit a General Aptitude Test (Qudrat) score; the student is entitled to use the test result obtained in the year of admission or the previous two years.
- The student must submit an Achievement Test (Tahisili) score; the student is entitled to use the test result obtained in the year of admission or the previous year.
- The student must submit an English language test and obtain a score of 55 or above in the STEP test or its equivalent in the TOEFL or IELTS tests.
- Candidates are required to submit references or letter(s) of recommendation for acceptance
- Candidates are required to submit an essay(s) for acceptance
