The Biomedical & Molecular Sciences Research MSc course is a multi-disciplinary programme that provides superior practical skills and a firm theoretical grounding in a range of scientific fields. Lectures delivered by experienced specialist researchers covering contemporary issues in Genetics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Neuro Biology and Cardiovascular Sciences. This course involves interactive tutorials including, for example, a session on biosciences statistics, bioinformatics and patenting. This course is primarily taught at the King’s College London Guy’s and Waterloo Campuses but some projects are based at Denmark Hill or St Thomas’ Hospital. Some areas of the course include national and international collaborations, and this means students occasionally may be assigned to other labs (for example as part of the Savile Scholarship awarded for their course).
