The rise of machine learning, the adoption of surgical robotics, parallel developments in radiopharmaceutical chemistry and molecular imaging, and the availability of advanced imaging and big data have opened up several new domains of knowledge which will be key to further technological advances. Our Healthcare Technologies MSc/MRes will train students in healthcare engineering and build their clinical and industrial awareness of problems and solutions for technology in modern global healthcare.

The MSc/MRes is designed to prepare students for doctoral research degrees or employment in the healthcare sector.

Applications from students on an undergraduate Medical or Dental programme looking to intercalate are welcome.
