The Master in SupplyChain Management and Logistics , with a double degree from the Universitat de Barcelona, equips professionals with the competencies needed to lead the transformation of supply chain processes and implement innovative, efficient strategies. Designed to face the challenges of global supply chain management, it prepares graduates to lead effective, agile, and high-performing teams in international environments.

Thanks to an agreement with ISCEA (International Supply Chain Education Alliance), students can take the exams to obtain the CSCA (Certified Supply Chain Analyst) and CSCM (Certified Supply Chain Manager) certifications—internationally recognized accreditations for supply chain analysts, managers, and operations coordinators. In addition, students may also prepare for the Scrum certifications: Scrum Master, Product Owner, Scrum@Scale Practitioner, and Value Stream Management.

A key differentiator of the program is the use of The Fresh Connection, an internationally renowned supply chain simulator. This tool immerses students in a cross-functional environment, requiring them to make decisions in procurement, sales, operations, and supply chain management, reinforcing their ability to implement strategies under real-world conditions.

The program reinforces its applied learning through specialized bootcamps, which bring theory into real-world practice:

  • Kanban boards and agile methodology for rapid response → hands-on training to design Kanban boards for warehouses and workshops, streamlining workflows and enhancing team efficiency through Agile and Lean practices.
  • Operations management game: The Fresh Connection → a business simulation where students manage a virtual juice company, making strategic and tactical decisions across supply chain functions to maximize ROI.
  • Change Management → training in Kotter’s 8-step model, the DISC model, and leadership skills to successfully guide organizations through change.
  • Preparation for CSCA certification (ISCEA) → intensive bootcamp to prepare students for the CSCA exam, covering key frameworks like Lean Six Sigma, theory of constraints, and advanced S&OP planning.
