Master in Development Management is flexible and client-focused degree program offered in the Pangasinan State University-Open University Systems designed to develop the knowledge and skills in effective leadership and governance of the students who are employed in government entities, private companies, non-government organizations and people’s organizations. It is expected that the graduates of this program are equipped with attributes like self-directed researcher, lifelong learner, dynamic, well-rounded and ethical. The outcomes of the MDM program are the following: Demonstration of advanced knowledge and understanding of the theory and practice of development management and good governance; Management of research or creative work with full independence in individual work and/or in teams of interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary setting: Application of complex setting that demands leadership in research and creative work; Demonstration of advance and systematic knowledge and skills in highly specialized and/or complex interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary field of learning; and Exhibit ethical values for public service, adherence to the principles of accountability, responsiveness, nationalism and democracy.
