The Department of Dermatology at Saveetha Medical College Hospital strives to provide comprehensive dermatological care for all skin types and ages with a goal of promoting healthy skin. We are the only tertiary care centre located strategically at the juncture of three districts, fully equipped to provide the best dermatological care to patients coming for the following needs: Hansen’s disease; Sexually Transmitted diseases; Cosmetic procedures; Biologics in autoimmune diseases. We believe that imparting medical education through wholesome patient care goes a long way in bringing out successful doctors. We impart the same spirit into our students, be it undergraduates or postgraduates to be forerunners in the field with sound clinical knowledge. Our team of faculty, having been trained and graduated from various parts of the country, lay emphasis on clinical research and publications to various national and international journals with high impact factors.
