Saveetha College of Pharmacy (SCOP) - A Feather in the royal cap of Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS) was incepted in the year 2019 and approved by Pharmacy Council of India ( PCI ) with an admission strength of 100 in B.Pharmacy and 60 in Diploma in Pharmacy.
Pharmacy is not just a drug store. The medicine that is prescribed by the registered medical practitioner undergoes several stages ranging from the preparation of bio active substance, chemical analysis and pharmaceutical formulations before it reaches the hands of the patient. Pharmacist plays a key role in the entire drug manufacturing process and its not the end point. Pharmacist study and monitor all the medicines and products with market survey for the adverse drug reaction to research and develop medicine in multitudes. WHO has announced approximately 2.6 million pharmacists and other pharmaceutical professionals across the globe.

Admission Requirements
- A pass in +2 with minimum of 50% Marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry With Biology /Mathematics/Computer science. A pass in Diploma in Pharmacy is eligible for direct entry into Il year of B. Pharmacy course.
