To facilitate the development of medical neuroscience research and to train new talents specialized in medical neuroscience with global vision, our program focuses on translational researches related to important clinical neuroscience topics, including developmental neuroscience, drug addiction, neurodegenerative diseases, and brain tumors. This program is solely opened for international students, and we offer a series of courses covering most aspects of medical neuroscience, such as neuroimaging, animal models, stem cell engineering, and epidemiology, which could suit all students’ interests. In addition, we provide advanced equipment and resources for complete training of students in medical neuroscience research. All faculties are highly competitive globally in different fields of neuroscience researches, and they collaborate with laboratories in different counties, which could extend students’ research experience and further benefit the development of their research career.


In addition, our program hosts international conferences regularly and invites known neuroscientists around the world to share their research, which keeps students updated with new and relevant works in neuroscience. For students who wish to further pursue their study in Ph.D., we also offer the PhD. Program in Medical Neuroscience, which allows them to continue their study and research in neuroscience in TMU. With the integrated graduate study in neuroscience including both master and Ph.D. program, we hope to accelerate the development of neuroscience research globally and compete with the top-ranking universities in this field all over the world.
