The curriculum includes a total of 70 credits distributed in learning units, seminars, and thesis project workshops, which must be approved to obtain the Master's degree.
The structure of the Master 's program allows intermediate exits and the possibility of adding credits with diplomas in specific areas and topics, according to the interest and need of the education professional. After a tour of four modules: Curriculum Planning and Development I and II, Teaching-Learning Strategies in Higher Education, and Teaching-Learning Evaluation in Higher Education, the student obtains his Diploma in Higher University Didactics. This already allows you to develop classes with a complete knowledge of the teaching-learning process. It is not required to carry out a degree workshop to obtain the Diploma.
Professionals who have completed the Diploma in Higher University Didactics, (which has 4 modules), and who wish to obtain the title of Specialization in University Teaching can complete 4 more modules: Higher Education, Challenges and Trends, Epistemological Foundations of Higher Education, Contemporary Educational Theories and Social Research Methodology. In addition to these 4 modules, an oriented monograph on a selected topic is also presented.
The Master's in Education lasts 14 months plus the time needed to prepare the thesis according to the line of research corresponding to the emphasis.
The Diploma in Higher University Didactics lasts 4 months and the Specialization in University Teaching lasts 8 months.
