Our BSc (Hons) degree features a balance of theoretical and practical work to help you develop the skills to work as an effective strength and conditioning coach or in the field of sport and exercise science. The Strength, Conditioning and Sports Nutrition course offers a unique opportunity to combine the study of strength and conditioning with sports nutrition. You will develop a broad range of skills and experience in relation to the conditioning of athletes and preparing them for sports performance. You will combine these disciplines with an ability to manipulate an athlete’s nutritional plan to benefit their performance. You will gain the knowledge and skills to assess and develop athletic fitness and performance.
