The goals and objectives of the FEB Unram Management study program are as follows:

Organizing quality higher education, through improving the quality of human resources, teaching and learning processes, as well as the quality and quantity of supporting facilities to produce graduates who excel in the field of Management Science so that they are able to compete in the job market, and/or are ready to create new jobs as entrepreneurs.
Conducting various research oriented to the development of Management Science so as to be able to contribute to the development of new science and technology for economic development and community welfare at regional, national, and international levels.
Organizing Community Service to contribute to community development.
Develop the potential of human resources, material and other non-material resources optimally.
Organizing partnerships with various parties/institutions in the context of institutional development and supporting development.
