The online Master of Public Health (MPH) with an emphasis in Health Education and Promotion (HEP) at Utah State University equips students with the foundational competencies necessary for the practice of public health, including focused training in population health. Admission Requirements include: Completing the online application; Pay the $55 application fee; Provide transcripts of all college/university credits; Provide three contacts for letters of recommendation; AND Include a statement of purpose in your online application. Applicants are not required to submit graduate entrance exam scores (e.g. GRE, MAT, etc.). However, admissions to the HEP MPH degree is competitive. If you believe your test scores have the potential to strengthen your application, you may submit them as a supplement with your application and they will be taken into consideration along with other application materials.
